How Conversion works with Sequel

Conversion connects to Sequel with API credentials and syncs its webinars with Sequel events, so registrations flow both ways and attendance comes back. Registrations made from Conversion confirm immediately with the person's join link, and sign-ups on Sequel's own registration page arrive in real time. A few minutes after the session ends, members move to Attended, Attended On-Demand, or No Show, with watch time recorded for live and replay viewers, and a linked Salesforce campaign receives the same statuses.

What you can do

Join links right away

Sequel confirms registrations from Conversion immediately, so a confirmation email placed after the Update Campaign Member step can include each person's personal join link.

Real-time sign-ups

People who register on Sequel's own page arrive in Conversion as they sign up, so they enter your confirmation and reminder workflows without waiting on a scheduled sync.

Live and on-demand attendance

Sequel reports how long each attendee watched, live or on demand, so follow-ups can split between live attendees, replay viewers, and no-shows.

Statuses in Salesforce

Link the webinar to a Salesforce campaign and every status Sequel reports reaches its campaign members. When Conversion creates the campaign, Attended and Attended On-Demand are marked as responded.

Sequel finalizes its attendance report a few minutes after the session ends and reports how long each attendee watched, live and on demand. Live viewers are marked Attended, replay viewers Attended On-Demand, and registrants who didn't watch No Show. Sequel doesn't report when people joined or left.

No. Sequel doesn't expose its registration page URL, so View registration page doesn't appear on the webinar's Overview tab. Sign-ups on Sequel's own page still arrive in real time, and people registered through a Conversion form get their join link immediately.
