How Conversion works with ZoomInfo

Conversion connects to ZoomInfo to append firmographic and contact data to the records in your pipeline. Appended values behave like any other field in Conversion, so one firmographic definition of your ICP can drive audiences, workflow branches, scoring, routing, and email personalization at once.

What you can do

Firmographic audiences

Build dynamic audiences on firmographic criteria, such as industry or company size, for ICP tiers and ABM lists. Membership updates on its own as appended data changes a record.

Fit you can route on

A Magic Enrich step can turn appended firmographics into a consistent ICP fit or score tier, and If/Else branches and Assign Owner steps send each lead where its tier belongs.

Copy by industry and segment

Liquid in emails, Slack alerts, and Salesforce tasks can reference any contact or company field, so appended data can change the message for each industry or segment.

FAQ

ZoomInfo integration FAQ

Yes. Conversion connects to ZoomInfo to append firmographic and contact data to the records in your pipeline. Appended values behave like any other field in Conversion, so one firmographic definition of your ICP can drive audiences, workflow branches, scoring, routing, and email personalization at once.

Anything that reads record fields: audience criteria, workflow triggers, filters, and branches, Magic Enrich prompts, and Liquid in emails, Slack messages, and Salesforce tasks.

Appended values live on Conversion records. Any Conversion field you map to a Salesforce field follows the sync mode you choose for it, which decides which system wins a conflict. If ZoomInfo also enriches Salesforce directly, check those modes so the two sources don't overwrite each other.
